In contact sports, weight is often a strategic part of both preparation and competition. That’s why it’s crucial to know how and what to eat months before the event, the day before, hours before competing, and even between matches. Additionally, properly managing weight cuts can make a big difference in your performance.
I’m here to provide you with all the advice and support you need to optimize your training, competitions, and achieve your goals. I assure you, the results will surprise you.
Professional career
Marcela was an amateur and professional boxer, fighting in prestigious international fights. Her most important career as a fighter was in Muay Thai: a professional fighter for more than 10 years, winning important world titles, and therefore, she perfectly understands the diet and lifestyle of fighters and competitors. She is currently an amateur triathlete and champion in her category in Costa Rica, her native country and place of residence.
Marcela has extensive experience in nutrition for elite contact sports athletes, such as UFC, Bellator, LUX, and Combate América fighters.
She was a nutritionist and wellness advisor at Thanyapura, the largest sports complex in Asia, where she worked with elite athletes in sports such as Olympic swimming, professional, amateur, and junior triathlon, Muay Thai, boxing, tennis, Formula 1, soccer, among others. She also worked as a nutrition advisor at the Phromthep Muay Thai and Sumalee Boxing Gyms in Thailand.
In addition to her work as Head Nutritionist for the Mexican franchise El T3mplo, she was a nutritionist for elite soccer players such as Guillermo Memo Ochoa (América), Edson Álvarez (Ajax), Luis Quintana (Necaxa), Pablo Aguilar (Cruz Azul), Sebastián Jurado (Cruz Azul), Favio Álvarez (Pumas), and Juan Manuel Iturbe (Pumas).
In plus to being a sports nutritionist with a significant focus on contact sports, Marcela’s knowledge extends to Plant Based Sports Nutrition.

Abraham Roqueni
International Champion
of K1 and Muay Thai

If you practice Kickboxing, Muay Thai, or boxing and want to learn new techniques or diversify your training, as well as have proper preparation for your competitions, I invite you to join my team. I’m Abraham Roqueni, a recognized fighter and international champion in K1 and Muay Thai.

By joining my team, you’ll gain access to exclusive videos and tutorials that will teach you specialized techniques to strengthen your skills and improve your combat strategies.
Professional career
Abraham Roqueni is a third-degree black belt in kickboxing and a 10th-degree black belt in Muay Thai. He has been teaching technical courses for over 15 years and has extensive experience as a kickboxing, Muay Thai, and even boxing coach, which has led him to train several professional fighters.
Abraham was twice European champion, Full Contact World Champion, Muay Thai World Champion, K1 World Champion and five-time Kick Boxing World Champion. In addition, Roqueni was crowned champion of the Contact Tournament and champion of the K1 Max Spain Tournament.
Roqueni has extensive experience as a fighter in the Enfusion, Thai Fight, Yokkao Extreme, Top King series, and S1 tournament.
For his sporting achievements, he was recognised by the Spanish Olympic Committee with the Olympic insignia.

Joshua Rodriguez
International Champion
of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

If you practice BJJ and want to expand your techniques, as well as have proper training for your competitions, I invite you to join my team. I’m Joshua Rodriguez, a recognized fighter and international champion in both Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu disciplines, with gi and no-gi.
Here, you’ll have access to personalized training to enhance your practice, as well as proper preparation for your competitions. Being part of my team will give you access to videos and tutorials with special techniques that will help you improve your skills and combat strategies.
Professional career
Joshua is a brown belt, awarded by Arturo Wesson of the Renzo Gracie school. He has extensive experience as an instructor at prestigious BJJ schools and has been part of the Costa Rican National BJJ Team due to his track record as a national and international competitor.
Rodriguez has been South American No Gi champion in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and was also crowned BJJ Paulista No-Gi Absolute champion, second place in BJJ Paulista No-Gi Middleweight category and third place in BJJ Paulista -82kg category, competitions held in the cradle of BJJ: Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Continuing his extensive career as a competitor, Joshua has been crowned NoGi champion and Gi vice-champion at the Miami International Open IBJJF, one of the most important and prestigious tournaments of the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation. He was also the 2024 Lutador NoGi Championship champion of the ADCC (Abu Dhabi Combat Club, Grappling and BJJ NoGi Federation). All this without overlooking many other titles achieved at the national (Costa Rica) and Latin American levels.

Federico Venegas

If you want to boost your performance, improve your stamina and explosiveness, I offer specialized training practicing other cardiovascular sports, always focused on the martial art or contact sport you practice. I’m Federico Venegas, a specialist in this area.
With my programs, you will be able to strategically develop your physical abilities throughout the different cycles and seasons of your training, maximizing your explosiveness, endurance, and recovery so you can reach your peak competitive performance.
In contact sports, stamina, explosiveness, and power are key components both in preparation and execution during competition. That’s why knowing how to train at each stage, weeks before the event and in the days leading up to it, is essential to arrive in the best possible condition, maintain your pace, and make a difference in every championship.
I will provide you with the necessary training and adaptation protocols to optimize your cardiovascular physical performance.
Professional career
Federico holds a bachelor’s degree in Sports Performance with an emphasis on Endurance Sports. In addition, he has specialised in resistance training, endurance training planning, and biomechanics applied to cycling and running.
He is a physical trainer and coach for the Stamina team in Costa Rica. He is responsible for training more than 100 athletes for triathlon events (sprint, Olympic, half Ironman, Ironman); athletics (5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon), cycling (road, gravel, long distance, time trial) and other athletes from many disciplines to improve their physical performance. His focus is on high performance, health and sports sustainability.
Venegas has a track record of more than 20 years as a long-distance triathlete, which has led him to represent his country, Costa Rica, in the Central American and Caribbean Games.
In addition, he has participated in more than 10 half Ironman events, achieving multiple podium finishes in his category and achieving the second-best time in Costa Rican history in the Ironman distance.
In 2024, at the Ironman in Italy, he finished sixth overall and fourth in his category, qualifying him for the Ironman World Championship in Nice in 2025.
